"I went to Urology Department in Thorndale Unit"

I had to attend Urology department in Thorndale to get a stent removed.

I had been in a lot of pain and discomfort and was quite anxious about getting the stent removed.

From receiving the phone call from the male admin I felt reassured.

Then I met Jason nurse specialist and Amy health Care Assistant 

They both gave me the support and reassurance that I needed as soon as I met them.

Jason explained the procedure step by step and he took his time Amy gave me support while Jason removed the stent. 

My privacy and dignity was maintained throughout the procedure.
