Dear Bobheart,

I'm sorry to hear about your recent heart attack and hope you are recovering well. I see that my NHS colleagues have already responded to your feedback about RIE and FVRH. I would also like to pass on my gratitude on behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service for your kind words about the paramedic staff. I'm delighted to hear that you felt in good hands and well looked after. Wishing you a swift and full recovery.

All the best!

Marie
