After 47 years of being a patient of this surgery, I have now swapped after yet another incident of rudeness and poor, unfair treatment by receptionist staff last week. The week before last I had to cancel my appointment with the doctor because of poor health and when I tried to rebook a few days later, I was unable and told to ring tomorrow, I rang again tomorrow and was told to do the same. With several health complications the receptionist think they have too much power to decide who warrants an appointment and who doesn't and use this 'power' to victimise vulnerable OAP's and hide behind their ' our staff will not tolerate being abused' signs to say you're being abusive and terminate the phone call because they have made errors in dealing with you. They are rude and have no customer service, and only in the last 15 years have they had staff that are like this!!!
