"My mother's treatment"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as a relative),

My mother recently had her second Cataract operation. She was very impressed at the efficiency of all the staff and the way they took care of her, particularly as she had recently had an Angioplasty in her left leg and had only just started mobilising again.

Dear Surrey64,

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience your mother following her recent cataract surgery.

We are delighted to hear that she felt well cared for and impressed by the efficiency of our staff, especially given her recent angioplasty and recovery.

Your kind words will be shared with the team involved in her care—they will be very pleased to know that their efforts made such a positive difference to her experience.

We wish your mother well in her recovery

best wishes

Stacey Arnott
