"Great service from everyone "

Had to ring the practice twice this week - both times, my calls were dealt with very efficiently and importantly in a very friendly and helpful way. The second call was at 8 am to hopefully be allocated a telephone appointment. I was amazingly no 6 (expecting a much higher number!) in the queue. Very quickly I reached the friendly receptionist who booked me in for a telephone appointment that morning and only a few minutes later at 8.15 am, my gp rang me to discuss what help I needed! I was prescribed medication with the prescription going immediately to my pharmacy and instructed to call back if any concerns or no improvement. All that done in 15 minutes! - a great service from the Hawthorns👏🏻😊

Not only that but a great service from Wylde Green Pharmacy too who messaged two hours later to say the prescription was ready for collection! People are so ready to complain that I feel praise must be expressed too where it’s due and for my experience this week, it definitely was from beginning to end👏🏻. Thank you.
