From the very beginning, Alice struck exactly the right tone—warm, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping me through what has been one of the most emotionally complex and challenging times of my life. 

Navigating the world of dementia care, from understanding the condition itself to making deeply personal decisions about nursing home placements and dealing with the psychological impact it had on my mum and myself, was overwhelming at times. But Alice was a constant, reassuring presence.
