I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sarah who helped me so much during a difficult time in my recovery following my admission into Swallownest Court.
Sarah made me feel heard and gave me a safe space to explore what was going on for me which was invaluable at the time.
Sarah was wise and empathic and has allowed me to re enter into the workplace which otherwise may not have been possible.
I’m so grateful for Sarah’s input into my journey.
She is a true asset to the Trust.
Sadly I haven’t always had such amazing support but I don’t feel this is the place for that.

Our NHS is brilliant, especially when you get the standard of care you expect. However, we clearly have not got that right for you previously and I would encourage you to leave a review here on that experience, it is how we learn and make changes.
No pressure at please do so at your leisure and convenience. You could also consider calling Sally Blackett on 03000215303 who I know would hear both you and your experience and bring about any necessary changes.
I will ensure your thanks are passed on to the wonderful Sarah.
