I saw Dr Flanagan in February this year and she recommended I have a Hysterectomy, preferably Laparoscopic
She thought I would probably be called late May/early June.
I just want to recognise the excellent communication I received from her Secretary, Carol, who was absolutely superb
She went out of her way to keep in touch with me and keep me informed, including calling me to reassure me she hadn’t forgotten about me.
Staff like Carol are a credit to the NHS and I really appreciated her kindness and consideration.
