Had a follow up telephone consultation with my GP. The call was not rushed and very focussed on my treatment to date. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to discuss options and next steps. Nothing was taken for granted and I felt very much listened to and helped, whilst still feeling in control. I appreciated the wholistic approach to my healthcare…I was definitely seen as a person.
