About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I was in for kidney stone removal and I can’t speak highly enough of the Consultants and Nurses, they were excellent. The professionalism, care and attention they provided was first class, going the extra mile even under the pressure of a busy unit/ward, at such a vulnerable time for me they made me feel safe and well looked after, what a great team they are. Thanks again Surgical Day Unit.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the doctor/nurses spoke to you throughout and took excellent care of you. This must have been very reassuring and helped you feel at ease.
