"Good practice "

Good practice. My appointment for a vaccine was quick and nurses was very friendly and nice. Only recommendation is more privacy for anyone speaking to reception. Anyone in the waiting room hears everything that is said. Whilst I waited for my appointment, a man was having to talk about colonoscopy and giving stool samples, I felt like this would have been better for him to have privacy
