"Failed to call back"

About: Patford House Partnership

I have had two telephone appointments made by the surgery this and on both occasions they have not called me.

I called myself and they said they would check had happened and call me straight back.

They failed to call me back again.

I now have to wait until Monday morning to see if this is resolved and again I will have to wait for them to call me.

This has been frustrating and poor given I am trying to stay calm following Heart Surgery.
