About: The Qrp Surgery

Not feeling well but it is impossible to see a doctor. Despite some health issue, I have to wait 3 weeks (told me 2 weeks, had to call again because they forgot and waited another one) for just a simple 5 minutes phone call. Only time I’ve been given a quick appointment face to face (by an extremely rude receptionist) is when I didn’t actually needed one (had to renew my medical exemption card).

Last nurse I saw filled my referral paper wrong for the hospital, had to redo it myself at the clinic desk. Receptionists ill-informed as they always give wrong/different informations making the experience very stressfull. Incredibly they (desk staff) kept telling me my blood test were ok… however when I managed to speak to a GP, she refereed me immediately to a specialist to see me. Also repeat prescriptions are late every single time…. what’s the point to order online if after a week you have to call them (sometime twice) to remind them?

Dear Patient,

We are sorry that you have had this experience

Please feel free to contact the Practice so we may look into the detail of what happened. For example, exemption cards do not need an appointment with a Clinician.

We have many Healthcare professionals that cab help you with your care needs not only Doctors. Our receptionist will listen carefully to your story and then look to arrange the most appropriate service/ person.

Once again please do reach out to us so we may look into the specifics.

Yours sincerely -QRP
