This was at the branch surgery in Blackstock Road.
I filled in the triage form (it's one form for both surgeries), someone rang me mid-morning, offered me an appointment mid-afternoon, and I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time.
The doctor listened carefully, asked follow up questions, examined me sensitively and explained clearly what the next steps are.
