(as the patient),

I recently attended a Gastroenterology appointment with Dr Bryce. I wish to communicate my gratitude for the professionalism and care which I experienced. All of the NHS values were apparent.

Behind the scenes, secretaries are crucial to the smooth running of the NHS. I would like to thank Ms Mellstrom of RAH Paisley who is the epitome of patience and professionalism.
