I felt desperate for the help, low and unsure how to go about things after doing everything I could before I ended up in a&e.
Tim and Vicki came to speak with me, and put a plan in place that made me feel heard and important. I previously had a lost of distrust in the services in previous locations however Tim and Vicki have really brought back my trust in this service.
