Our daughter has numerous medical conditions and we have been regularly in and out of hospitals all her life.
This has only been bearable due to the care of the medical teams and the relationships that we have fostered with the various staff we have meet through the years. And at our lastest visit to the Blossom ward at Craigavon it has shown us once again the superb level of care and attention we have received from our domestics Theresa and Jennifer who we have now known for the past 15 years and who always have a cup of tea and some toast to keep us fed to allow us get us through some difficult times. To Faith our nurse in charge who first cared for our daughter when she was a baby who has always given us her undivided attention and keeps us sane with her sense of humour. To the Consultant Johnny who I can say without fear of contradiction has been the most attentive and caring consultant we have ever had. Who really listens to us and knows the stress we are under running our high dependency unit at home 24hours a day - 7 days a week and bends over backwards to organise resources to assist us so we can give the best care for our wee daughter.
We cannot thank the team enough and we cannot mention all the nurses personally who have all cared for our daughter and who all know her by name and do the small things like organise comfy chairs so we can cuddle her when she just needs a wee cuddle but they know who they are.
"We cannot thank the team enough"
