Wow!! What can I say.
I recently had to have a planned operation and the day surgery team were amazing. From the reception staff checking me in early morning, the HCAs, my assigned nurse Jane, consultants, anethestist and all other staff I came into contact with.
They made sure I was at ease, knew all that was happening and was truly cared for, even down to giving me their personal teabags for a cuppa 😃
Keep up the hard work, you are an amazing Team!!!
