Because of loose business and and relationship broken Stress and anxiety was high and it was unbearable to cope with . That’s why used Alcohol . Doctor given medications it was not worked properly for few years . My Alcohol dependency and stress level was so high that’s why 2024 admitted in A& E 11 times then in 2025 one time in February.

Doctor changed medications at the moment health wise I am much better now and ready to look for jobs. Because I have liabilities to help myself and to do go with other expenses like mortgage, utility bills etc . So hopefully in future stand up my feet again .
