(as a service user),

After leaving hospital I was bed bound and couldn't walk and without the support and equipment Hannah installed I would still be bed bound.

She visited a few times as my mobility was improving and I needed different equipment . Corespondence was great and she was always smiling and took her time every visit to make sure I had everything I needed to help my recovery. 

It's daunting when you leave hospital and need all the extra care at home. But i felt listened to, safe with all the equipment and cared for!

Thank you so much, without you it would have been impossible
