Having completed the online appointment request and submitted the photograph of the area causing pain and discomfort I then receive a phone call randomly a few days later which I miss as Im in a meeting.
As such the backroom staff have decided ( without my knowledge) that my condition is no longer important and cancelled my appointment. You are truly dreadful .
