"The attention to detail was exceptional"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I attend the Royal Alexandra Hospital yesterday due to being in a car crash and my back was in agony. I made my way to the minor injuries unit and was seen by a nurse called Jacqui.

Jacqui’s attention to detail was exceptional. She talked me through everything, every step of the way and done copious amounts of tests to ensure I could feel all senses, was pain-free and was able to be let home.

Jacqui provided me with two painkillers to ease my severe back and neck pain, and she confirmed that I have whiplash. She advised me to rest up at home and take time to get back to full strength.
