"Professional, attentive and efficient"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I was admitted via my GP to ED at the VHK. I was in extreme pain and was triaged within 5 mins, taken straight through to the department, and the triage nurse was exceptional. Without having to ask, she  got me analgesia within 5 mins of being in the department without hesitation or delay, knowing that was what I needed as a priority. I didn't catch her name.

Dr Stewart was so professional, attentive and efficient. I cannot thank her and the team in ED enough for their person centred care and compassionate approach. My night shift male nurse in the obs ward (again cant remember his name) was also great and checked in on me regularly and was really kind and friendly.
