"I can't praise the staff enough"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

This morning I attended the Respiratory centre at Belfast city hospital.  My appointment was at 8.30.  I was there just after 8 and taken straight away. 

I only have praise for all of the nurses i saw and the pharmacist  and also Dr Eastwood  .  I was fully informed each step of the way and was taken to each different procedure with no hanging around in-between times.

I cant praise the staff enough

Good Afternoon. My name is Margaret Reid I am the service manager for Respiratory services within BHSCT. I want to thank you for taking the time to let us know how well you were treated when attending the respiratory centre. Can I ask what if you can advise which specialty clinic you attended e.g difficult asthma or respiratory clinic to enable me to share your feedback with the team.

Hi there. I was at the difficult asthma clinic. I am grateful as they are going to start me on an injection which hopefully will help me. By way of my appreciation I will take part on a research trial. From the minute I arrived until I left I must say I kept fully informed and any questions I had were answered. I am back soon and I will get my 1st injection!
