"Care at the sleep unit"

About: Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (Edinburgh) / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

The whole experience was just amazing. Both my daughter and I were so well cared for. Both put at ease and looked after. Debbie is kind and professional, as well as creating an element of humour and fun. The Taylor Swift inspired certificate at the end was the cherry on top for Breagh. Thank you Debbie and team!

Dear Happy mum (North Berwick),

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your story and feedback on this platform. It has been a pleasure to have been part of your daughter's care, and I am delighted that you were so well cared for during your hospital stay in Kildrummy.

I understand how worrying it can be coming into hospital, and I am glad we were able to make your visit that little bit better for you, and that both you and your daughter were able to have an experience that you will remember was filled with humour and fun.

I will ensure Debbie (our Sleep Physiology Support Worker) and the rest of the team sees this feedback. I am very appreciative you have taken the time to share kind words on your experience and the care you and your daughter have received.

Best wishes,

Laura Jess
