"Lack of care"

I'm rather disappointed with how the new owners are handling repeat prescriptions. I have done everything they have asked me to do but they are for some reason limiting access to important healthcare as a woman, which is now as a result making me feel a lack of control over my body and day to day life. I have been at jsmp for almost a decade now and have previously received great service and are now, for the first time considering going elsewhere due to the lack of care.
