I was very nervous about the whole procedure. The staff were all simply fantastic. Everybody introduced themselves and went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. They explained everything that was going to happen.

I really don’t think I have ever encountered such a happy team. 

I can’t thank you enough for all that you did for me. The NHS are very fortunate to have such caring and professional individuals working for them.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback following your procedure at Whiteabbey Endoscopy unit.

The staff all try to ensure that patients have a positive experience during their visit to the unit and it is great to hear that this is what you had.

I will be sure to pass on your on very kind comments to all the staff at our briefing.
