"Instantly put me at ease"

About: Adult Health Services / Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I was recently seen by the lovely and helpful Angela at the sexual health clinic within Airdrie community health Centre. She met me at reception, instantly putting me at ease.

I was very apprehensive about having my mirena coil removed after not have the pleasant of experiences having it fitted, however Angela's calming nature and helpful advice - as well as making me laugh! -  made the experience a more bearable one.

Thank you so much Angela! You're a credit to your team.
