"Very welcoming and helpful staff"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Diabetes and Endocrinology (Ward 6)

(as the patient),

Sent to Ambulatory care via Gp was then admitted to the ward - staff were all very welcoming and nothing was too much of an ask.

Nurses and support staff were seen to be very busy and proactive and bedside manner with patients was out standing, was lovely to see in comparison to some wards I have visited family members in. Keep up the good work!

Dear outstanding care

Thank you for sharing your experience of UHW ward 6.

I am so pleased to hear that you had a short wait to be seen and treated and that all our staff were friendly and cheerful despite the pressures they are currently under.

I’ll ensure your kind words are passed on to the whole team who will get a real boost from hearing your feedback.

I hope you are keeping well.

Kind Regards,

Jen
