About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Elderly Medicine (Wards 51, 52, 54,55, 57, 8a & 2a)

(as a relative),

My elderly aunt was taken into the QEUH a couple of weeks ago with breathing difficulties. She was eventually placed into the Elderly & Stroke Unit. All the staff have been great but I must point out one particular nurse who goes by the name of Susan. 

Susan makes a personal effort, from what I have seen, and for this I am extremely grateful. 

Please keep up the good work and let all the staff know how wonderful they are. 

When few know how to compliment but are quick to complain, Susan and your colleagues, many thanks for that extra you put in.
