"Great experience in ENT"

I attended an appointment with my father earlier this week at Bedford South Wing ENT department, regarding his hearing aids. Dad is 90 years young, and I always attend medical appointments with him for fear of him not fully understand what he is told, although I appreciate that sometimes this is because he's not the best listener.

The member of the ENT Team we saw was very professional, patient and had fantastic listening skills. He clearly explained everything he was going to do, before doing it and ensured that Dad understood what was going on.

The hearing test given was very thorough, and the options available to Dad were explained, along the pros and cons.

The fitting and setting up of the new hearing aids was carried out in a calm and informative manner.

Needless to say, Dad was very happy with the service he received and is looking forward to the new hearing aids improving his life.
