"Wonderful Nurses "

I visited the GP surgery this morning for a blood test, smear test, and swabs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. I was seen by two different nurses, both of whom were absolutely lovely. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process.

What stood out most was how thoroughly they explained each step, ensuring I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Having had numerous difficult experiences with women’s health professionals in the past, it was genuinely refreshing to be met with such thoughtful and attentive care. I left feeling reassured and well looked after, rather than anxious or traumatised.

A huge thank you to the team at Monteagle for making what can often be a stressful experience so much more positive.
