"Great care, but!"

About: Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust

My husband arrived in A&E on Sunday morning, from the very beginning you could not fault the treatment or the staff, it was excellent. They decided my husband was going to stay in at approx 2.00pm, and after that care and attention fell down badly, he waited on the trolley until 11.00pm for a bed, but the worst part was no attention to his needs, unable to move from trolley because he was connected to a apparatus, he was extremely thirsty and very tired.

I’m sorry to complain I really feel it need’s highlighting.

Ann
