The receptionist who booked us in was warm and friendly.

Alex, physician associate, was delightful, caring, honest, friendly and thorough. He explained everything extremely well, gave opportunities to ask questions and included me, the partner in the consultation.

He took time over everything, and even though we were in consultation for quite some time, he did not show if he was pushed full time, such a sparse and valuable resource in the NHS.

In the nicest possible way, hoping not to have to go to the department again, but I wanted to show my thanks.
