I brought my wife to A&E who is an oncology patient at 10pm and we left again at 4am - why is the car parking so expensive out of hours?

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding parking at Royal Surrey. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us ensure the best possible experience for our visitors.
We understand that parking costs can be a significant consideration, and we want to clarify that Nexus Parking operates as an external company, independently managing pricing structures and enforcement policies. While we work closely with them to provide convenient parking facilities, the Trust does not have direct control over their pricing decisions.
We value your input and would be happy to pass your feedback along to Nexus Parking, as transparency and fairness in parking services are important to us.
