I went for an echo test in light of investigations for a diagnosis for poor health and a recent fall. The appointment was at the Department of Medical Cardiology, University Hospital Hairmyres. Paul was exceptional, with a friendly and professional manner. What helped was Paul explaining every aspect of the test. Importantly, Paul brought it all to life as he could show the procedure on screen (imaging). Really wonderful experience, and this is not something I could say about any other recent healthcare delivery via the NHS.

What lovely feedback you have given regarding the friendly and professional service Paul provided in the cardiology department. Paul and the team will be pleased to read that you had a positive experience.
