I was impressed by the physio’s knowledge and ability to diagnose my hip flexer issue.

He was really down to earth and warm in his manner, putting me at ease immediately.

Lots of questions were put to me regarding my injury followed by a series of stretching exercises in order to get a full picture of the source of the problem.

I was very impressed with how thorough and meticulous the physio was throughout the session and found him incredibly helpful and reassuring. Thank you.
