Dear patient,

I am really sorry to hear this. Please can you contact the surgery via email with your name and the information regarding this complaint, we record our calls so we can review the call and discuss this with the specific receptionist. Rudeness is not acceptable and also if a GP has missed calling a patient, we need to address this too. Please email us on SWLICB.adminfrancisgrovesurgery@nhs.net so we can look into this further and look to ensure this doesn't happen to other patients.
