"Great service and support"

It's not easy, we all want something now- especially when it comes to our health.

I'm dealing with a young family member who requires support, the likes of which I've never had to source before. It's a minefield, and it's tough to understand entitlements, who can refer what and so on.

The team have been fantastic at fielding the online forms (which i use when needed and i believe in the right way). They have persisted with outreach and they have found a suitable way to support both the patient and myself as the guiding family member.

We have a long way to go, but the team have all played a part from front and back of house to the doctor, the mental health practitioner and others to try and get the things needed for the patient done.

I am very grateful and will continue to be as we navigate this uncertain and difficult path for the support to connect the dots and immediate on hand relief for the patient concerned.
