I'm very pleased that you have had such a positive experience and felt the staff were helpful and supportive and you were seen and listened to as we work hard as a team to ensure all our patients experience this standard of care at every appointment.

It's also great to know that the treatment we provided you makes a real difference to you, and you found it comfortable.

I will pass this on to the team at New Victoria and the rest of the team as all staff strive to give our patients the best experience and its always great to hear when we are getting things right as it gives us a real morale boost. Like you, I feel all of my team are a credit to the department and the wider NHS but its lovely to hear this from a service user.
