Previous attempts of getting an appointment was a complete lottery. New online system much smoother to get an appointment.
Saw A lady doctor (won’t let me publish her name) and she was fantastic and very thorough. It felt like she took her time and not just written a prescription to get me out the door.
Confidence in the surgery is slowly being restored
