"Terrible staff"

My husband was sent by 111 we arrived at 10.15am.

The recipient was extremely rude, telling me to wait outside, I said my husband does not like doctors and wanted me there, however I can see how busy you are so I'll stand and another patient can take my chair.

Then he was called in to be told by a doctor that thigh pain was insignificant and he should of stayed at home.

Then a HCA came in and both her and the doctor told me to leave and wa8t for my husband outside.

And just so you know after xrays at another hospital his thigh is fractured.

Poor care and indescribable rude attitude.
