"Receptionist in Medical Day Unit"

About: St John's Hospital / Medical Day Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

The receptionist in the Medical Day Unit (Sheila?) has been so warm, lovely and super patient with every single person through the doors. She could easily be a trainer to show all other receptionists how it should be done. What a wonderful lady.
