"Excellent support and care"

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at the ACS unit, All staff have been really helpful but I wanted to give special mention to Nurses Emma and Theatre Nurse Maria (apologies if this is the wrong name), for their outstanding care during my recent experience.

Nurse Emma truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment I attended. Her friendly, calm and compassionate manner made such a difference. She took the time to explain everything clearly, she listened to my concerns and provided reassurance when I needed it most. it really helped to ease my nerves and made the experience much less overwhelming.

During the egg collection procedure, Theatre Nurse Maria was equally exceptional. Her warm and professional presence in the theatre provided a sense of calm at a time that could have felt daunting. She was attentive, kind, and made sure I felt supported throughout. Knowing I was in such capable hands was incredibly reassuring.

Both Emma and Maria are a true credit to the ACS unit, and I’m so grateful for the care and support they provided. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference.
