"Kind and professional"

About: Exmouth Community Hospital / Minor injury unit Exmouth Community Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I recently visited Exmouth MIU following a previous visit the evening before where the nurse was unable to help, asking me to return the next day.

I was seen by a very efficient nurse practitioner who organised an x-ray, then was able to reduce my dislocated finger.

Both the nurse (Katy) and student with her were kind and professional, giving clear explanations about what they were going to do. She then arranged another X-ray to check.  I’m glad she had the strength to get my finger back in place. Thank you!

I later received a call for an appointment with the plastics team.

A thank you also to the efficient radiographer.
