Arrived 10 mins early but nurse opened up and ushered me in. I was in pre surgery room within 10 mins and all my details were taken and followed up twice. Nurses were brilliant, we talked golf as I had my club top on showing the badge.
Taken through to surgery and operation was so smooth. Surgeon was brilliant with me.
Overall a well run, efficient department. I was discharged before 10am so 2 hours.
Well done Queen Margaret Cataract Department.
