I have been living in the area for about two years now. Every contact / appointment with the Golden Valley Surgeries has been outstanding. They are far better than the service of where I am from. I feel very looked after and find that they follow things through. That time is not an issue, I do not feel rushed. And if needed more time they ensure I am happy enough and sort out another appointment, without making me feel a nuisance. I have been referred to clinics and help at the Golden Valley, that I was never offered at my previous doctor surgery. I always leave the surgery feeling cared for. Thank you to all!
