"You are all heroes in my book"

About: Community Services / Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team Community Services / North Lincs Primary Care Network

(as a relative),

Back in 2022 my husband’s mental health became really bad due to lots of things that had happened that year & due to things getting worse he was eventually sectioned for a couple of months. It was not what we wanted but thanks to Dr Kandasami & his team we got him home & things have got better & he is back in a very good place. He is now waiting on a hip operation & I wanted to give a thumbs up & a big thank you to Steph from the mental health team as she has been helping to sort hubby’s medication so he can lose weight for the op & he is now on the waiting list. Also thanks to Chris who has been lovely & making sure hubby is well by doing ECG & blood tests. Your support has gone a long way to getting my hubby happy & healthy again, so grateful to you & your wonderful team.

Would also like to give a shout out to Tim, Marie, Richard  & other members of the crisis team who came out to help at the beginning. You were all a great support to me & hubby & want to say a big thank you to you all.

I know not everyone has a good experience but without all the help my hubby received we would not be where we are today. You are all heroes in my book so keep up the great work you do & know it’s appreciated.
