"Good prompt care"

The receptionist took time to arrange an appointment to suit me. I was seen very shortly after the agreed time. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained procedures clearly. I was impressed to receive results of my cholesterol test quickly. I was slightly confused by the follow up arrangements as the link took me to a very long page on my phone and I had trouble finding the correct section. I was told that Suvera Pharmacy would contact me to follow up but I am not clear if I need to take any action myself. I think the website the link took me to needs some rethinking.
