We would like to share our wonderful experience with Kathryn, who regularly visits us as our health visitor. We have two little girls, whom Kathryn cares for with great love and dedication. She visits us regularly, always with a smile and genuine interest.

She always comes with a translator to ensure we fully understand everything. She never rushes us and patiently explains everything clearly. Kathryn always looks for the best possible way to help us – for example, she encouraged us to get involved with Sure Start activities, which allows us to attend meetings and connect more with other parents.

She shows real enthusiasm and care for our girls, and it’s clear that she does her job from the heart. Kathryn helps us not only professionally but most importantly with a human touch – she always listens, supports us, and gives us peace of mind and confidence. Her visits are always a great encouragement, and we genuinely look forward to each one.
